Session 1 - This session deals with the first of those phases, called the ‘Discard’ phase. By systematically discarding your superficial attachment to things you no longer need, you’ll clear the way to reorganise your environment and your mind in a sustainable, long-lasting way.

Session 2 - In the second session, you’ll be evaluating what remains, and putting things away in the right place. Depending on your situation, and the course you have decided to follow, this might include practical, physical things, or it may relate to thoughts, feelings, or emotions that you can easily live without. You’ll find clarity, and you can apply what you’ve learned to organising the things that you decide to keep, the things that are genuinely useful and add positivity to your life.

Session 3 - And in the third session, you’ll be learning and practising letting go of residual feelings and emotions that might be holding you back. Letting go of old, redundant feelings, particularly as they relate to past situations or relationships, will deliver for you the emotional freedom to live the way you truly want to.

Your mind will figure out how the practical methods you learn can be re-purposed to release you from sentimentality and unwanted attachments which no longer serve you.

By the end of the program, whatever accumulation of circumstances or experiences has brought you to this place, you’ll be enabled to review and decide what you want, what you don’t want, and where to put everything.

As with all my hypnosis programs, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of trance. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your anxiety.

Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training recordings, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.
