Session 2 - THE SUBTLE ART OF RESTRAINT
Your patience is often challenged by strong emotions such as frustration, anger, and anxiety. By the second session, you’ll be ready to begin developing enhanced emotional regulation skills which allow you to manage these emotions effectively, preventing them from leading to impulsive actions or decisions. Session 3 - MASTER THE LONG GAME
The third session in our program is dedicated to maintaining a viable long-term perspective. By keeping the end-game in mind, focusing on ultimate goals rather than immediate gratification, you’ll cultivate a mindset that values long-term rewards over short-term emotional gains.
