WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WEREN’T AFRAID?

I created this three-session audio hypnosis program for anyone who feels that they’re allowing themselves to be held back in life by fear.

Fear of failure, fear of change, fear of the unknown, or even just fear of emotional jeopardy.

We all accumulated a succession of obstacles in our lives, some of which we overcame, but others of which beat us, at the time. It’s this pattern of trial and error over a lifetime which shapes us as adults, defining our boundaries and setting our own expectations of ourselves and our capabilities.

Along the timeline of these these life events, there’ll be some which are more critical. They may not even be major, you might not even remember them, but even these seemingly minor happenings can have a disproportionate effect on our life choices and risk levels in the future.

If you’ve ever been bitten by a dog, you’ll understand that you now have a more cautious approach to dogs.

So you can imagine how this change of risk and tolerance can happen in other parts of your life, like career, romance, business, and so many others. Once, bitten, twice shy, as the saying goes!

This brand-new multi-session program uses deep inductions to take you to the place where you can erase your outdated self-doubt and apprehension, and equips you with a strengthened sense of self-esteem, and a brand-new can-do attitude.

THE PROGRAM

These three full-length hypnotherapy sessions (106 minutes total running time) will lead you sequentially through the three stages of change.

SESSION 1: You ARE Good Enough! - In this first session, we’ll be working together to explore your strengths and resources, because you have plenty, even if you don’t often think about them. Whatever obstructs you, it’s an artificial construct that your over-protective mind has incorporated into your regular behaviour. It shouldn’t be there, because it doesn’t bring anything positive to your live, and actually holds you back.

It’s time to reconfigure that unconscious thought process, the one that causes you to analyse and over-think much of what you do. You’re going to cast off the ties that bind you, and learn to use all your energy towards moving forwards and not looking back over your shoulder.

SESSION 2: You Already Proved It! - Having raised your awareness of your strengths and resources in Session 1, by now you’re convinced you that you’re well-equipped to succeed. You also removed your old way of thinking about your approach to life, and cast off the tethers and ties that caused you to over-think everything. Life is actually simpler than most of us make it!

What would you do If You Weren't Afraid

In this second session, we’re going to do some work on your ego. It’s important for you to maximise your own self-esteem, and when you reflect on some of the remarkable achievements in your life, you’ll come to appreciate that you have nothing to prove to the world, because you already did that. The critical factor is how you feel about yourself, and how you use those solid achievement as a platform for personal growth in all directions.

SESSION 3: Future Vision - In the first two sessions you reshaped your relationship with yourself, and by now you should be feeling much more empowered and ready to take on the action ahead of you. You’ll have understood that any constraints you previously allowed have gone now, because they no longer serve you. As long as you maintain this new thought process and simple, streamlined attitude to life’s challenges, it’s impossible to slip back into your old ways, because you’ve flushed those redundant thought patterns from your subconscious mind.

This final session will focus you on your vision of the future. It’s no longer appropriate for your horizon to be clouded by limited options. It’s a cliché, but it’s true: if you can think it, you can do it. It’s all about taking what you have and applying it in the most effective way. If you practice this all the time, you’ll definitely surprise yourself.

There are deeper parts of your mind which are closed and guarded in normal life, but which can be accessed in hypnosis, giving you insights into the things that drive you and enabling you to find answers to long-standing questions. Once you understand at least some of the reasons why you do the things you do, you’ll be enabled to change your view and commit to a more beneficial way of life.

how YOU'LL SUCCEED FASTER with hypnosis

As with all my hypnosis courses, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your new mission.

Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training trances, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.
