  • You'll then be introduced to the hypnotic trance state, by listening to the first recording. You can repeat this first session as often as you like, and you’ll go much deeper, smoother, and quicker each time you do.

  • In your second session, you'll again be guided into hypnotic trance, and then trained in visual, auditory, and/or kinaesthetic imagination techniques (visualisation - although it doesn't have to be visual). You'll learn your natural modality, that is whether you see, hear, or sense things more strongly in hypnosis.

  • In your third session, you're now highly skilled at entering and emerging from hypnosis, and conditioned to go deeper each time.
