Before I started Rick Smith Hypnosis, I ran large commercial divisions for international companies. During my career I’ve hired more than a thousand staff, and interviewed many thousands more. This program is based on a distillation of those interviews: what works, what doesn’t, and the common factors shared by the people that got the jobs.

Here’s what we’ll cover…

Session 1 - The Three Pillars - This first session is a crash-course in the three key techniques that underpin every interview or negotiation: your Motivation, your Preparation, and your Presentation. By focusing on a well-defined objective, carefully preparing for all the possible questions, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanour, you’ll elevate yourself above your competition.

Session 2 - Communication Mastery - In the second session you’ll be taught a powerful system to establish and maintain strong engagement during the interview process. Once you understand how to control the communication flow, you’ll also have more control over the outcome. .

Session 3 - Calm & Confident - The third session equips you with secret weapons to control your interview nerves or anxiety, and maintain a calm, confident demeanour throughout. You’ll influence the room, find clarity of thought, and you’ll say the things you want, at precisely the right moment.

By the time you complete these three full-length sessions, repeating them as necessary, the habits and techniques you learn will become firmly implanted in your behaviour, and automatically guide you towards a great interview result, every time.

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED FASTER with hypnosis

As with all my hypnosis programs, this one will work better and faster if you’re confident going in and out of hypnosis. If you’ve tried hypnosis or hypnotherapy in the past, and feel that it worked for you, you should be fine. If this is your first time, I recommend you complete my two short training recordings (included free in your download package) before you set to work on your new mission.

Hypnosis is progressive, and the more often you do it, the faster, smoother, and deeper it becomes. By conditioning yourself with the training trances, you’ll find the therapeutic effects of the main recordings will be many times more successful.

Each of the three recordings has a short introduction, or pre-amble, following which you’ll begin the hypnosis. The three How to Get Hired recordings add up to more than 90 minutes of professional hypnotherapy and training. All of this is easily achieved in the privacy of your own home.
